1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how hip.porn ("we", "us" or the "Site") processes information when you browse the Site, purchase or use Premium 4K access, activate an access code, or request code recovery. The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and for persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2. Information we process

  • Purchase and contact informationYour email address, selected plan, price, currency, local order identifier, PaymentWings transaction identifier and payment status.
  • Premium access informationAn encrypted access code, non-reversible lookup hashes, activation and expiry dates, session status, recovery requests and delivery status.
  • Technical and security informationIP address or its protected hash, browser and device information, language, timestamps, requested URLs, security events and server logs.
  • Browser storageEssential session and Premium-access cookies, plus preferences such as language, theme and favourites where used.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. Payment details are entered on the hosted PaymentWings checkout.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide the Site and Premium access, create and verify orders, deliver and recover access codes, keep one active Premium session, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, comply with legal and accounting duties, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.

4. PaymentWings and email delivery

PaymentWings LLC acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for Premium purchases. It processes payment and buyer information under its Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

When a delivery or recovery email is requested, the recipient email and a time-limited one-time link are sent to EmailJS solely to deliver that message. Other non-Premium pages may use advertising or analytics providers that process technical identifiers under their own policies; Premium pages are designed not to load those advertising scripts.

5. Storage and retention

Email addresses and access codes are stored in encrypted form with separate lookup hashes. Recovery links expire after 24 hours and can be used once. Access sessions expire or are revoked when the access period ends, a new device activates the same code, or a payment is refunded or reversed. Order, security and accounting records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks and legal obligations.

6. Sharing and international processing

We share only the information needed with payment, email-delivery, hosting, security and technical service providers, or with authorities when required by law. These providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and legal obligations. We do not sell access-code recovery email addresses as marketing lists.

7. Your choices and rights

You may delete cookies through your browser, but essential cookies are required for Premium access. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to certain processing. 8. Children and policy changes

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or under the applicable age of majority. Such persons must not use the Site. We may update this Policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will remain published on this page.
