hip.porn may remove content or user submissions at its sole discretion if they violate these Terms of Service or any other policy, including but not limited to obscene or defamatory material. You acknowledge that by using hip.porn, you may be exposed to User Submissions from various sources. You agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have against hip.porn regarding such submissions. You represent and warrant that all information provided by you to hip.porn to use its services is accurate and current, and that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform your obligations hereunder.

As a condition of using hip.porn, you must also agree to the terms of hip.porn’s Privacy Policy and any modifications. Each plan is a single, non-recurring purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic repeat charge. The customer pays the displayed USD plan price and our merchant processing fees are borne by us. Any legally required tax charged separately by PaymentWings must be shown before payment confirmation.

Merchant of Record and payment

PaymentWings LLC is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Payment is completed on its hosted checkout and PaymentWings may appear on the invoice, receipt or payment statement. PaymentWings handles payment authorisation, invoicing, taxes where applicable, refunds and payment disputes under its Buyer Terms and Refund and Chargeback Policy.

Code delivery and activation
